Archery League Seward Community Schools Presents – Seward Archery League Tuesdays: 6 to 9 pm at the railroad terminal Jan 12 – Mar 16th. Dust off your bows and arrows and come down to the railroad terminal for target practice! Cost is $8 drop in fee or $50 for the season. Participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment but some equipment can be made available. Bows should be 70 lbs and lower. No crossbows! League is open to 16yrs and up (16 & 17 year olds welcome with an adult). End of season round robin style tournament TBA. Call 224-4054 or email sprd@cityofseward.net

take a sample home with you. Please bring a small container, large enough to
hold one cup (liquid). Bring a 1- 2cup container to bring your starter home. Tue

Stylin’ Stitches’ Diaper Derby Seward Parks & Rec will be hosting the 24th Annual Stylin’ Stitches Diaper Derby Sat, Apr 3rd from 10am to 11:30 at the Sports and Rec Gym. All newborns and toddlers up to 24 months old are invited to “show us their stuff” in over 10 categories! To sign up your little one call 224-4054 or stop by the Sports and Rec gym at 519 4th Ave. No ON SITE registrations. Deadline to sign up is 5pm on Wed, Mar 31.
Egg Hunt for little Kids
Hippity! Hoppity! Join us Sat, Apr 3 at 3pm for an EGG-citing adventure
at Forest Acres Park. 12 & under are invited to hunt for prized filled eggs.
This event is FREE and afterwards hop on over to the Seward Resort for light
refreshments and a special visit from the Easter Bunny. Brought to you by: The

Disco Skate at the Sports & Rec Gym Join us
on the Second Friday of every month for Disco Skate! 5:30 to 7 pm Skate to your
heart’s content with great music hosted by a live DJ and kickin’ lights. Wear a
costume and bring 3 cans of food for “He will provide” food bank and pay no
fees! All others pay $2. All ages are invited. We have skate sizes toddler 9 to

TYC After School Program The Teen and Youth Center staff is proud to offer this high quality, fairly priced recreational program to youths in grades K - 6. The ASP emphasizes Cooperative Play, Team Building, Leadership Opportunities, Homework Help, Physical Activities, Outdoor Play and Crafts of all sorts in a socially rich environment. Please join us M-F from 3:15 - 5:30 just take bus 3 to the TYC. Sign up at the TYC or call 224-5472 for more information. TYC is proud to offer a sports shuttle to transport participants in School Sports to the TYC ASP after the sport @ 4:15pm. Parents must sign up their child with the TYC by calling 224-5472 or stop by. Registration of 5 participants is required to run the shuttle.
New Leagues at the TYC for Teens:
| Pool League runs every 1st and 3rd Tuesday it will be a 7 week League with the 8th week being the Championship on 5/17. | |
| Dart League at 7pm and runs every 2nd and 4th Tuesday, it will be a 7 week League with the 8th week being the Championship on 5/24. | |
| Cards and Chips League is every 2nd and 4th Thursday it will also be a 7 week League ending with the championship on the 5/28. |
Rock Band Night is every First Thursday and Don't Forget about our Halo Night every Third Thursday!
Teens it's only a $1 a night to hang out at the center play games with friends and staff! Jenni is working Saturday Nights so come on down and join her for games, movies and meals!

Breeze Inn Avalanche Basketball Tourney! 20th Anniversary of the Breeze Inn Avalanche Classic basketball tourney March 13th & 14th! Teams come from around the state for this adult, double-elimination tourney that is always promises competitive hoops and great family fun!
TelAlaska Spring Classic 7th Annual TelAlaska Volleyball Tourney Saturday, April 3rd. Teams come from the peninsula as well as Anchorage and the Valley to compete in this adult, pool-play to single-elimination tourney. Contact Maggie @ 224-4054 to sign up!
