Helmets are required; if a biker leaves the staging area
without a helmet, he/she will be immediately DQ-ed.
(The
bike course runs
from pavement to gravel and a bit off-road, so mountain or hybrid bikes are
strongly
recommended. Leave your skinny tires at home, maybe bring a spare tire.) Contact

Check-In:
Participants may check-in before 9:30 pm Fri night at Sports & Rec Gym
or between 8:30 am and
9:30 AM Sat morning at the Seward Middle
School. No same-day registrations.
Awards:
6:30 pm at the
Elks
4th Ave.
If you cannot attend the awards ceremony, send $5
with your registration, and we
can mail you your ribbons.
