SPRD pays most of our officials on varying levels, depending on experience, talent, certification and association ratings. We generally pay more for invitational tournaments. In addition, we provide ample opportunities to learn in volunteer positions. (Certification is not usually required, but we may schedule some officials with preference, due to certification.)

Officials will be required to sign a simple, one-page contract, to track their own hours, and to submit a monthly invoice. Officials will generally provide their own gear, but SPRD may have some supplies. Youth officials are trained and mentored and begin at the lower leagues. (Parent/guardians must sign contracts with minors.)
