Polar Bear Pink Cheeks Triathlon Rules.

¨ Race HQ is the Seward High School
2100 Swetmann Dr. (coming into town, turn Rt. on Bear Dr, then Rt. on Swetmann.)

¨ Check in:  Friday night, 5:00-9:00pm at S&R or 8:30-10:00am Sat morning at the HS Pool.

¨ Race begins with a mass start 5K run, at 11 am.

Good Sportsmanship is the rule. Race competitively with sportsmanship courtesy.

¨ All teams must have three, different members.

¨ A competitor may compete on only one team.

¨ Bikers: Mountain bikes are recommended; helmets are required for bike portion.

¨ Team swim is Sat morning, 10 am. Call SPRD, 224.4054 to reserve your time and lane.

        Follow the directions of all race officials.

¨ Costume Contest: Prizes to the most creative individual & team! 07 theme is: TV SitComs.

¨ Can’t make awards? Include $5 dollars with registration to have ribbons sent to you.
