Make an appointment with us @ 224-4082, then bring these items with you:
2 passport photos (available at Grant Electronics or One Shot Photo)
1 certified birth certificate (not a copy)
1 check made out to U.S. Department of State
$110 (passport book, 16 or older)
$ 80 (passport book, under 16)
$ 30 (passport card, 16 or older)
$ 15 (passport card, under 16)
Add $60 to any of these if expiditing your passport
1 $25 check made out to Seward Community Library
1 driver's license/government photo ID
1 filled out passport application WITHOUT a signature

The Library has new software! Now you can customize your own page through the library's Destiny site. Review books in our collection. Recommend a book to a friend in our system. Put a book on hold. You can even choose your own background with your own user name and password through the Destiny Quest site. Be sure and look around the site to see how it has changed:
Create an account with your last name and library barcode number. If you don't have your library card anymore, just swing by the library and we'll write it down for you.
