2013 Passenger Fee Packet - This is the current application for Passenger fees. The fee applies to all boats carrying passengers for compensation who are operating from any Seward City Property.
2013 Tenant Moorage Contract - This is the current contract for our year-round tenants who have a permanently assigned slip. This document with all related paperwork and fees is due December 15, 2013.
Facility Use Application - This is the form that is needed to host an event (band, bar-b-que, etc) in the harbor. This form needs to be completed at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
Transient Moorage Contract- Any vessel using mooring space on a temporary basis or which does not have a specific slip. These areas are and are on a "first-come, first served" basis. Rafting out might be necessary during times of peak occupancy. Transient vessels parked in a Reserved Space without prior approval of Harbormaster’s Office are subject to a tow fee if the Harbormaster is required to clear the stall for the Reserved Slip Holder.
Travel Lift Agreement – Please see the attached application for our Marine Travel Lift. Our Marine Travel Lift rates are based on vessel length. The Harbor also operates a 250-ton Marine Travel Lift for larger vessels. For more information visit our Seward Marine Industrial center website http://www.cityofseward.net/smic/. Utility Application - Any Transient Vessel wishing to use electric services in the Seward Harbor must first fill out the application and pay a deposit. See additional information under the Policies and Information page.
Waitlist Application - This is an annual waitlist application for a permanent slip in the Seward Harbor. Questions concerning waitlist timeframes or choosing the appropriate sized slip according to vessel length over-all (LOA) measurements should be directed to the Harbormaster's office.
