Seward Harbor Bill Pay
The City of Seward Harbor Department is pleased to add an additional payment option for customers interested in using their credit cards to pay their bill. Paymentus Corporation is a third party automated payment service. You can pay your bill any time, 24 hours a day, using Visa, Master, Discover, Debit card or E-Check.

Office Hours are 8am to 5pm 7 days a week. Channel 17 is monitored 8am to 10pm daily.

 

Beginning May 1, 2014 transient (guest) moorage (monthly, semi-annual, or annual moorage) must be paid before the moorage begins. Moorage charges will no longer be based on a calendar month, but instead the moorage month will begin on the date the moorage is paid. Otherwise, the daily rate will be billed and must be paid before any discounted moorage is available.



You may continue to pay via cash or check at the Harbormaster's office. If you have any questions about a bill, then please call us at (907) 224-3138 or email us at harbormaster@cityofseward.net.

Customers should be ready with:

- The 4 or 5 digit account number located on the upper left hand corner of your bill

- Balance owed on bill

- Credit card or account information for E-check
