Parking Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Parking Department to provide excellent customer service to all visitors, harbor users and downtown residents seeking short-term or long-term parking. We welcome opportunities to create solutions for special circumstances and/or ADA needs. Through the course of collecting parking fees, we seek ways to improve safety, security, accountability and efficiency. We affirm the goal to direct collected funds to parking infrastructure improvements.
