Mission Statement

To provide quality electric service at a reasonable cost to the customers of the Electric Utility, in accordance with Council Policies and the City Code, while ensuring an adequate return for the Electric Enterprise Fund.

To avoid digging into underground utility lines, call two working days before digging anywhere in the electric service area. Get a digging permit at the City of Seward Engineering Offices.
